Mike McWilliams, Jr. is Associate of Brokerage Services with the Plaza Companies. He has spent more than 3 years in the commercial real estate industry in Arizona.

He began in 2015 with JLL as a Leasing Associate in the Industrial Division. During that time he represented tenants in their search for industrial space, tracked and analyzed ongoing local market trends, and lead business development e orts to obtain new client relationships.

Following JLL, Mike worked as an Associate for a prominent healthcare REIT, Healthcare Trust of America, where his focus was on new lead generation and negotiating lease renewals across their Arizona portfolio.

Now with The Plaza Companies, Mike will be joining Perry Gabuzzi, Margaret Lloyd and Bill Cook as a Leasing Associate. His responsibilities include generating new leads for the team’s listings, analyzing local market trends, and representing healthcare tenants in their search for space.

Mike received a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Arizona.
